When a client asked for a dashboard, we didn't just build what they asked for. Our internal discussion explored whether this would solve their problem: "Traffic, organic traffic year-on-year, conversion metrics month-on-month, market share... you can find all that on our platform in different places if you know where to look. But that wasn’t a helpful answer! Instead, we developed a unified view that busy stakeholders could easily understand—connecting dots they couldn't see themselves.

Our internal meetings are filled with discussions about metrics that matter—conversion rates, propensity modelling, and tangible business outcomes. When one of our client's conversion rates dipped despite traffic increases, we immediately began exploring propensity modelling to identify what changed on those key pages. 

For another client, we tracked not just that they'd received over 100s enquiries via their new form in the first week, but the next level more specifically how many of those enquiries turned into full quotes - because leads without revenue don't matter.

How we work 

Our average score from our client scoreboard is 85%. 

We ask our clients to score our work across different types of categories including data analysis & accuracy, technical categories around specific services delivered, account management, meeting structure and evidencing that we understand and deliver on client expectations.  

These are graded 0-10. We’re proud that we have not achieved a score lower than an 8 in any category, with any client.  

This feedback is essential for our evolution and being confident that we are working hard for our clients to the best of our understanding, and ability, with.  

But of course, it's a constant – are aimed to ensure these relationships deliver for everyone. Good client relationships are essential not only for the business, but for our people too.

The BW team are always on-top of what we need to do, and when. The Monday board is very detailed and up to date, which is useful for sharing information beyond the digital team.
